Not only did she ensure that I got the try out a variety of cars that met my needs, she even brought the car I was interested in to the store from the Independence location so I could test drive it! She was relaxed and calm through the whole process and was very knowledgeable about each vehicle I looked at and walked me step by step through the purchase!
