He was extremely patient during the process and made it a much more enjoyable experience. He explained all the features clearly, answered every question I had (even the simplest ones!) and made sure the entire process was smooth. Malcolm even followed up multiple times after purchasing the car to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions. That level of customer service stood out the most. We are so thankful for Tom and the Kia Raceway team. We were in need of a new car after 12 years with an older pilot. They respected our price range and did not haggle or pressure us in anyway. Once we test drove it we let them know we had a busy day ahead and prefer to do everything via email to get a final number. We agreed on the number and came in and they were getting everything ready to do. We spent about 1 hour at the dealership once we agreed on the sale. We couldn't ask for a smoother process and appreciate the value of our time as we were shopping with three kids. More
