Excellent service provided by Jasen Vann during the buying process of my 2022 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab SV ending on a close deal, however I cannot say the same from the Service department who cannot co buying process of my 2022 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab SV ending on a close deal, however I cannot say the same from the Service department who cannot confirm/ offer a Loner Car for tiem Shottenkirk Nissan Katy would need to troubleshoot an issue with the blind spot and rear cross traffic sensor/system on a brand new Truck (less than 2 weeks) bought at that dealership even when I ask them to pick the date so to ensure the Loner car would be available. Took the car to Fred Hass Nissan to take care of this issue where I got a better service. 5 star to Sales department, 0 Stars for Service More
