Absolutely an amazing dealership. They really tried to work with me for the best deal on my Camry 2023, and I was very particular with my demands. I ended up walking away satisfied with the OTD price on my vehicle. Do NOT buy from Toyota South and AutoNation Toyota!! They will chop you up with ridiculous and overpriced service fees/charges that you won’t need. Yet, they will pressure you to purchase those services by saying “it’s their policies…” Shout out to my sale person Mallory Roberts for meeting all my demands. After visited other dealers, I realized Mallory and her team have been very transparent with their MSRP. No crazy service fees/additional charges. Mallory had shown Jim Ellis Toyota to be the most reasonable dealer and most ethical in their service. More

Mallory was outstanding from the 1st time we spoke with her at closing the night before to handing my 23 year old son, Kyle, the keys to his new truck in the evening of the following day! We couldn't have her at closing the night before to handing my 23 year old son, Kyle, the keys to his new truck in the evening of the following day! We couldn't have asked for better service, great pricing, honest feedback, and advice than what we received. Huge kudos to the handful of Jim Ellis employees that we also communicated with while visiting: Mallory, Gary, Kelvin, Kenneth, and of course, Mr. Ali (bkn... father of Lebron James or so he believes).
