Working with Mallory and Kelvin has always. been a great experience and this time was no different. I almost gave up my search for the perfect vehicle but Mallory did not. Her hard-work paid off been a great experience and this time was no different. I almost gave up my search for the perfect vehicle but Mallory did not. Her hard-work paid off and I was able to drive off in a new Highlander! I had sentimental reasons for wanting that particular model. I am grateful for Mallory’s diligence! Kelvin made sure to move the process along for me to be finished in time to pick up my grandson. I will always recommend Jim Ellis Toyota-McDonough, Mallory, and Kelvin to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
