Radio hasn't worked since the oil change and everything time I bring it on my dash setting is changed. Also took over an hour for an oil change. They were very quick to sell me a truck with a backup camera working. They promised they would have it on order and get it to me within a few weeks. Well those few weeks went by and I learned that this p camera working. They promised they would have it on order and get it to me within a few weeks. Well those few weeks went by and I learned that this part has been on national back order for a VERY long time. I got in touch with the GM of the dealership and they said well at least it isn't as bad as other customers waiting on motors.. then proceeded to say what am I supposed to do let cars that need parts rott on the lot and not sell them until it has the parts.. wow. Buyer beware!! More

This was my first dealings with Forest Lake Chevrolet. I basically have now had interactions with 5 people. My sales person is Mandie. She was there as my first contact via the i Chevrolet. I basically have now had interactions with 5 people. My sales person is Mandie. She was there as my first contact via the internet when I was looking for additional information on the vehicle. We talked and set an appointment for me to test drive and inspect the vehicle. When I arrived both she and the truck were ready. The test drive went well and I decided if the numbers worked out we could start making a deal. While I was not excited about the trade in offer, Rock the new cars sale manager made it a more acceptable level and we shook hands. Working on the purchase agreement with Mandie we discussed options such as accessories. It was here where I found out that I needed to finance part of the purchase in order to get the lifetime powertrain warranty. Yes really! Mandie's assistant her gal Friday helped me move items from my truck to the new one. Then it was off to work with the Finance guy Chris to sign the papers. As part of the process he explained other options for coverages. After signing the papers it was time to take the truck home after Mandie and I went over many of the settings. After the sale Mandie stayed in touch answering my questions and letting me know that my accessories were ready for me to pick up. Aaron in parts was great and helped me. An extra atta boy for Mandie for her follow-ups with me. Bill More
