Trouble starting the car. When I put my foot on the break and pushed the button in the car wouldn't start. I even had trouble getting the car out of Park. Service Center is great Service center is great. Just don't purchase your car here. Very deceptive sales gimmicks. Shady finance leadership. Lookup comments on how they treat Service center is great. Just don't purchase your car here. Very deceptive sales gimmicks. Shady finance leadership. Lookup comments on how they treat you after the sale. The service department expects routine visits so they are not as brazen as sales and finance. My advice would be to buy your car at another dealer and get it serviced at Fuccillo. I had a complaint and spoke to finance manager who told me it wasn't his problem that " my sales rep" dropped the ball. My profession revolves around teaching people to not be that shady character that talks to you any old way after the check is cashed. Maybe they will change. More

Outstanding Customer Support My car received a mandatory recall for the ABS system. I was called, an appointment was scheduled, and I was informed that I might have to leave my ve My car received a mandatory recall for the ABS system. I was called, an appointment was scheduled, and I was informed that I might have to leave my vehicle at the repair center for a week. I was a bit bummed out, but a loaner car would be provided, if needed. As luck would have it - my vehicle had to stay, and I received a midsized loaner car within 20 minutes. The service staff was very quick and efficient with getting me in and out fast. More
