This was the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE ever! Mandy was quick to answer all of our questions and provide us with the information we needed. She sent us a video tour of the vehicle which really he Mandy was quick to answer all of our questions and provide us with the information we needed. She sent us a video tour of the vehicle which really helped highlight features that are easy to miss while looking at pictures online. I loved how they used that technology! She did a hand’s on demonstration on how to operate all of the bells and whistles. I appreciate her level of professionalism and willingness to follow through on everything. She really took care of us! The staff are very transparent and made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. We never felt pressured or rushed to make decisions like some dealerships do. I had a great experience with the Seth Wadley dealership. Straight business and no fluff. No dealer markup on the Ford Lighting we purchased as well. They also gave us top dollar on our trade. She helped us through the entire process. Super easy to work with. All in all from the beginning of the process to delivery of the truck in South Texas i have nothing but good things to say.
