Spent some time looking at them and a couple of sales people passed by me - it took a while for a sales person to engage me. Once I got speaking to Aaron he was quick to get me a test drive once he realized I was a serious buyer. Finally we discussed the merits of pre-ordering vs buying an in stock car, and with the deal I got on the car, it was an easy decision to take the one sitting on the lot. The price and the car were better than what I would have ordered. Aaron has kept in contact and ensured I was happy with the purchase. More

Test drives of back-to-back vehicles were not a problem. I respected his time and Sean respected my time. Monita and Erin in the business office were informative and efficient; not over-selling, but rather offering the right product for the right vehicle and me. Cory O. was the last smiling face that I met. He made sure that those folks that I worked with answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and he asked if there was anything else that they could do for me, the customer. I was completely satisfied. And on my way home, 600 km down the highway, I was feeling completely at peace with my purchase and their process. I'm still sleeping very well at night!
