I was looking at new but ended up buying used when they looked at the features I wanted. Raelaine worked with both the new and used management to get all the information and answers to my questions and to work on the price. This meant any trips back and forth from one side of the dealership to the other and that day was snowing and very cold, yet she had a big smile on her face the whole time. Service told me the statistics about repair and longevity on the SUV. Parts gave me a great deal on winter tires. This is a one stop shop. I will definately buy from this dealership again. Excellent Service, Problems Resolved! Updated as of Mar 3, 2016 After making my post originally I finally got to talk to the General Manager of Lakewood Chevrolet, Kerry Russell. He lis Updated as of Mar 3, 2016 After making my post originally I finally got to talk to the General Manager of Lakewood Chevrolet, Kerry Russell. He listened to what I had to say, understood the root of my frustration, and did what he could to resolve the issue. He went out of his way and even contacted GM to see what they would be willing to do to help my situation, and he did what he could on his end. Manita in finance was thorough and made sure I understood everything. She also answered any questions I had. I was finally able to trade in my cursed Cruze, and move on to an Equinox. I had a minor glitch with my Equinox this morning. Dan Bass made sure I would be able to get in as soon as I got there for service to take a look at it, he even offered to personally pick up my vehicle if I was not able to leave work. Erika in service is always very pleasant. Head of service also personally showed me the part that was causing the glitch and explained what it was doing. It was a bit frustrating that it took so long to be able to talk to Kerry, and get GM involved, but it has been a huge relief to get rid of my lemon, huge weight off my shoulders. I thank everyone at Lakewood Chevrolet for their help. I am really enjoying my Equinox. Rae was amazing to work with, she is an incredible sales rep that went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Previous Experince: Dealing with Lakewood has been an absolute nightmare! I bought my first brand new car from them, a Chevrolet cruze. I got a brand new car because I did not want to deal with the headache of the constant repairs on an older vehicle. What I ended up with was a brand new car that requires constant repairs. 2 months in I started having major issues. I have had my fuse box replaced, the entire cooling system replaced, the fan blade replaced, I have squealing hub caps, squealing brakes (which I was told there is nothing I can do about them), when highway driving every single window frosts over on the inside and makes it dangerous to drive (heating elements in the back window must be turned on for the entire drive to see out the back, as well as the heat blasting on the windshield to have a circle to see thru), upon other issues. Despite all these issues Lakewood refuses to replace the vehicle. I'm stuck basically paying 300 a month to rent a vehicle for 4 years and losing my old one because I will never finance the last 4 years with inevitable thousands in repairs to come. A few months ago I tried to go in to get an SUV and was told by a sales member that he couldn't give a xxxx if he never got my business again. Despite that horrible encounter I gave them the benefit of the doubt and recently tried to go back again. In the end they would not transfer my lease but only add my old lease to a new one so essentially it would be like paying for 2 vehicles. They told me if the payments are too high then I should wait out my lease and come back. COME BACK?! If I have to wait out my lease I guarantee you I will NEVER go back. On top of that, on one instance, I went there to get an oil change done as the car came with 4 free oil changes and they did not even fill up my oil! I had to go buy oil and top it off as they do not even fill it up! Every time I bring my car in I get it back with new black grease streaks on the ceiling of the vehicle from the guys dirty caps, gross! More

I cannot say enough about how incredible my vehicle purchase experience was at this top rated dealership. From Raj and Corey in Sales and Manita, who took care of the business end of the transaction , to all of the employees that I passed in the hallway or showroom. They all smiled and seemed genuinely happy about being there and taking care of you. Nice to see people that care about what they are doing, professional and competent at what they do. I strongly recommend dealing at Lakewood Chevrolet, they "ARE" my dealership of choice from this day forward. More
