NOT HAPPY! Aaron and Manny were great! However, someone lied along the way. When we test drove the truck there was a sputter. We were told the transmission flu Aaron and Manny were great! We were told the transmission fluid had recently been changed and the more we drove the vehicle, the better it would get. This would be true. After signing the papers and leaving the lot the sputter became significantly worse. After an hour of driving we drove it back to the lot and asked if they would drive it and look at the problem again. THEY REFUSED! We took the vehicle to our mechanic who confirmed that the transmission fluid had not recently been changed and it was needed. Once they change it the truck has driven fine ever since. We asked for $340 reimbursement for getting the transmission fluid changed. THE OWNER REFUSED! That is not good customer service. We fixed Lee Auto"s problem. More

The vehicle I purchased from them broke down on I‑75 within hours of leaving the lot. My wife and I were stranded in the dark and had to pay $200 for towing. Since the purchase, I have spent over $5,500 out of pocket on towing and repairs caused by the vehicle’s immediate mechanical failures. The dealership refused to take responsibility, refused reimbursement, and later attempted to charge me an additional $125 for a repair they had previously claimed was “on them.” I have filed complaints with multiple Florida agencies, and my experience is now part of their official records. I am posting this to help protect other consumers — especially seniors — from going through what we did. More
