I bought a car here after being involved in a car accident a week or two before and having my car totaled. I bought my last vehicle from the Anthony GMC dealership in Gurnee less than 3 years ago and accident a week or two before and having my car totaled. I bought my last vehicle from the Anthony GMC dealership in Gurnee less than 3 years ago and service was great so I assumed it would be a similar experience. I was wrong. The salesman was new and had no idea what he was doing. Poor training by management. He kept having to run and ask questions to the manager. I specifically asked that I use a specific company to finance with in which I had used before and they refused to do so. They instead used their own finance company GM Financial which gave me a 15.25 % APR rate which is ridiculous with a 700 credit score. All in all it was a terrible experience. I will not buy another car from this dealership and would recommend people looking for vehicles to go elsewhere. They are so desperate to have a good rating that they have people fill out a review before even finishing the sale. More
