All of my car seats were taken out without permission or even notification. If it was necessary for the recall that's fine, but I was unaware and had to make last minute accommodations due to how my car was even notification. I contacted Manet and explained to him that I was in Abilene and would be in Weatherford around 2:30-3:00 pm and that I was in a rush and needed my tires rotated and oil changed. I arrived and Maney took my truck -got my service needs addressed within 30 minutes or so.. Maney has been my go to guy at the service department for a while now. He’s dependable,I rely on his expertise and he’s a person that will help in anyway he can. He’s a true professional and extremely dedicated to providing a great service experience..
