I took my car to Shottenkirk for Service this time. It was my first time at this dealership. It is not the closest Toyota dealership but the traffic is easier. I arrived at 7 for my appointment. When the door opened Manny was there to check me in. My Avalon windows would not work after I installed a new battery. Changing the oil and rotating the tires I believe went fine. When I got the car back, the outside had been washed but there were still bug smears on the windshield.
