Received oil change & car wash. When returned floor & floor mat was wet. He took it back to detail to dry them. Brought it back. It was still wet & said they said you must have a leak. I had both drain tube's from my sunroof cleaned out last fall. They were clogged. Everything was fine after that. I guess it had to be from the car wash. Thank you. More

Service department is too slow -- 2. 5 hours for oil change and tire rotation is too long when I had an appointment. Was pleased with the service advisor, happy that the car was ready shortly from before time expected. I liked that the price for each service beyond the oil change was shown.
