This was just a great experience! Manuel was so warm and friendly. He sat with us and asked what we were looking for and what was most important to us. He was able to find exactly wha Manuel was so warm and friendly. He sat with us and asked what we were looking for and what was most important to us. He was able to find exactly what we were looking for. Manuel showed us everything about the inside of the car and set the steering wheel for me as well as the drivers seat. He set up our phones for blue tooth and even set up our satellite radio. Along with that he had lunch brought in for us! The rest of the Jenkins crew were great and the financial part of the process was quick and painless. We are thrilled with our new car, and we thank Nissan of Homosassa for the wonderful service we received. More

Absolutely the most incompetent dealership that I have ever been to. First off, I specifically asked for a car with a trailer hitch, they showed us everything but what I asked. They told me it was taking ever been to. First off, I specifically asked for a car with a trailer hitch, they showed us everything but what I asked. They told me it was taking a while to get the car that my wife purchased ready. They said that they were putting new tires on, new brakes, changing oil and flushing the transmission and they had to take extra time cleaning because the previous owner had dogs. Not a problem except, they did not put new tires on it or any other maintenance items that they listed other than changing the oil. We headed out on a trip the day that we picked the car up. I don't know about the previous owner having dogs, but half way through our trip we discovered that the car was infested with roaches and I mean infested. Our first oil change was today. I called 5-6 different times to service to schedule the appointment and nobody picked up the phone. I ended up selecting option 0 and informed the person that answered that I have been trying all day to schedule an oil change and nobody has been answering in service. She walked to service and got them to pick up the phone. I spoke with the gentleman and set my appointment for 1:00 today. I get there and nobody has any record of my appointment. Then they told me that we only get 2 free oil changes when we bought the service package we were told all oil changes were free After our very first oil change the service department said that we needed new tires. We just bought this car 4000 miles ago and our salesman said they were putting brand new tires on. This is our 4th car through them. The other 3 were bought from when it was Maus Nissan. We will never buy from these incompetent fools again More

to put it simply I got swindled oh purchasing a vehicle from them. on Dec 19Th I went to purchase a used truck for 22k. through cunningness and conversation distraction I signed to purchase the vehicle for from them. on Dec 19Th I went to purchase a used truck for 22k. through cunningness and conversation distraction I signed to purchase the vehicle for 37k. with add ons I didn't know were charged! my experience with purchasing a vehicle was feeling like I was spit on. I do not recommend to anyone! More
