After purchasing it I had a pre purchase inspection done and foun THIS DEALERSHIP On March 30th I brought a 2021 Lexus NX 300 from this dealership. After purchasing it I had a pre purchase inspection done and found out it needed wheel barring on the left driver side, Antenna cover for the roof and a safety sensor. Kishon told my husband and I they would do the repairs. We explained to them we live in Philly 3 hours away and wanted to get everything fixed at once because we lived so far. We made a total of 4 trips to this dealership getting the run around each time. I asked to speak to the owner several times and each time they took my info and WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I brought the vehicle back to them and the sensor was fixed but Manny lied and told us they had also fixed the wheel barring. That was a lie and now each time we call no one is available. CHECK THEM OUT ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUEARU THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF COMPLAINTS. These people don’t care about you they just want your money then they leave you hanging. DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL REGRET IT! More

Be beware & stay away from one sales team they will tell you literally anything. You want to hear to get the car sold. Most of it being lies or just simply not true (e.g trade in value, or "no dealer fees") you literally anything. You want to hear to get the car sold.
