She went above and beyond throughout the entire process and made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way. Kris Ilo in Finance made the paperwork process quick, easy, and transparent, explaining everything clearly and making the final steps seamless. And thank you to Caitlyn Shafer for the referral - I’m so grateful because this was honestly one of the best car leasing experiences I’ve ever had! Marc called me on Prez Day as a followup to an earlier visit. I decided to go in a see what they had w/my granddaughter who was car researching. I had bought my Highlander from outstanding salesman, Brad visit. I decided to go in a see what they had w/my granddaughter who was car researching. Stephen was excellent with my granddaughter as a first time shopper. I have had only top notch service from McGovern from sales to service!
