My salesperson was Marc Ellison who I have worked for the last dozen or so years as I am a frequent offender at DCH having owned several Toyota's. Marc provides nothing but superior service, honesty and candor. I really enjoy working with him. Also the rest of the team there from David the GSM and Rick the FM are great guys who were in full support of Marc and instrumental in making the sale happen in only 3 days. That is how I like things to happen and very little waste of time. I also love DCH for their incredible service department and Mathew Rivera is my guy. More

Joseph Croce was a pleasure to work with. Jo Croche was a most helpful sales person. Our main problem was what car would fit in our garage. We were on our second prius and the new prius was too long for our garage, Jo suggested The Rave 4 and he drove with us to see if it would fit. He was very easy to work with and we would use him and DCH Toyota again if we needed to buy another new car. I wanted a new car for all of the safety features and one that was good in the snow. The Rave 4 seemed to fit all of our needs. We felt that Jo understood our needs and worked with us to find the right fit in a car as well as explaining how the car worked with all of the features. More

Down to Earth Sales & Finance Departments! I purchased my 2015 Highlander from Marc. He made us feel very much at home and was easy to talk to. I never felt any pressure by Marc during the sa I purchased my 2015 Highlander from Marc. He made us feel very much at home and was easy to talk to. I never felt any pressure by Marc during the sales process. He even took time to take me through all the functionality of the vehicle in detail, which was very much appreciated. My kids also really took a liking to Marc, as he made sure they were fully accommodated while in the waiting area, and while their mom had to finalize all the paperwork! I have to say he was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with while buying a new car!
