This was my third time leasing a car at DCH with Marc. I've been to other dealerships to compare prices, etc. and the salesmen were pushy with a "buy now or forget it" attitude (and couldn't even match th I've been to other dealerships to compare prices, etc. and the salesmen were pushy with a "buy now or forget it" attitude (and couldn't even match the price I got at DCH). I never feel any pressure at DCH. Marc has been patient with me and has worked with me to get me the car I want at a competitive price. Recently leased a 2012 Camry SE and I can't say enough about the car! Wasn't the exact color I wanted but, like I said, Marc and Mike worked with me and I was very happy at the end of the day. There was also a bit of a hiccup with the lease-return part of the deal but once brought to the attention of DCH, it was handled quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended! More

I'll start with why I am giving the rating. We have been looking at different makes of auto's/suv's for a few months and went to see the Prius just to sit in it and test drive it. We were very impressed wi looking at different makes of auto's/suv's for a few months and went to see the Prius just to sit in it and test drive it. We were very impressed with the way the Prius drove and handled. I did the test drive while my wife sat in the back and when I asked her to drive she said just sitting in the back and feeling how comfortable. smooth and quiet it was was enough. The sales representative we dealt with, Mr. Ellison was very polite and professional. There was no "pressure", he answered all of our questions with complete explanations. He took care of the registration/plates, called and arranged the insurance with our agent and any other details that had to taken care of. The acr we test drove was not the car we were going to buy but he offered to take to the service center where it was bring prepped so we could see it. He is the most personable and respectful salesman I have ever dealt with. Mr. Momtaheni is the business manager we spoke with and he also answered every question we had with a complete explanation. He stepped us through the complete process and responded promptly when we called with more questions or wanted to make some changes. Mr. Ellsion even went on line and set up an acount for us with the dealership and set up our first oil change at the new state of the art service center. I trust this answers the question of "why". More

We leased our second vehicle from Marc because of the service and deal he gave us the first time. He's amiable and helpful. I would have given a 5 rating on all, but my ONLY issue with this dealer is: service and deal he gave us the first time. He's amiable and helpful. Their service department and the salesman said they would call at a certain time and failed to do so. Otherwise, it was a great experience. I already sent a relative to the dealership and they bought a car on my recommendation! More
