Bill walked me through all the features on my new car, and even offered to come to my place and set up the garage remote opener. The showroom is clean and all the staff are friendly. Marc was very nice as well and went through all the finance details and options MB has to offer. I am very excited to be a new MB owner and look forward to my first car service. More

After looking for a used MB online, I filled out the MB inquiry website for Tampa, Fl stating what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend, etc. Within an hour late Sat. afternoon, I received a call inquiry website for Tampa, Fl stating what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend, etc. Within an hour late Sat. afternoon, I received a call from Nicole Quezada of Crown Eurocars. She was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Said she would look the next day, Sunday, on her day off as there was only one car within 14 states like I wanted but they weren't answering. On Sunday, she called, had found that the car was available, and we discussed price. I said I wanted it. On Monday, she called and said the car would arrive on Tues. and be ready on Wed. We discussed maintenance and warranty plans. Wed. morning she called with the total due. She picked me up at home, took me to Crown Eurocars and I bought the car. Nicole was just as nice, professional and knowledgeable in person as she had been on the phone. I would recommend Nicole to anyone I know who is looking for a MB. It is amazing that most of this transaction was done by phone. Also, Mark Israel, the financial manager, could not have been nicer or more efficient. Everyone at Crown Eurocars seems happy. That is a wonderful thing. More
