Very friendly and down to earth staff. explained the process every step of the way. 2020 Kia Sorrento I purchased a 2020 Kia Sorrento. Karl and Marc where extremely helpful. Marc walked me thru the whole buying experience. Granted they forgot my antenn I purchased a 2020 Kia Sorrento. Karl and Marc where extremely helpful. Marc walked me thru the whole buying experience. Granted they forgot my antenna but shipped it to me in 2 days time being sunday was when it was suppose to be delivered but no biggie. I was orginaly only interested in the telluride but they showed me the sorento and it is by far our favorite car. Love it more then i thought i would for a Kia. 3 stars being me and my wife waited about an hour and ahalf to get our car after we purchased the car and told them not to worry with washing it More

The Best car-buying experience ever. I was in the dealership a couple of months ago,and I looked at a KIA Sportage......It was love at first sight. I didn't inquire about buying it at the I was in the dealership a couple of months ago,and I looked at a KIA Sportage......It was love at first sight. I didn't inquire about buying it at the time,but,I kept thinking about that car for 2 months.Finally I decided to go speak with the dealership about buying it. They could not have been easier to work with,no pressure,just friendly folks like Marc Nolden, Eric Cabrera,Tre Dorrity and ,of course,Mike Murphy,Jr. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my transaction. By far, a most pleasant experience. Needless to say,I bought the Sportage,and now I don't have to daydream about it.......I just look in the driveway and see it waiting for me to get in and go. Thank you Mike, and all your wonderful associates !! More
