Great experience from Marcia and Rio Vista. I have been looking at a very specific vehicle, in a very specific trim, with very specific miles. I called the dealership and had the opportunity to I have been looking at a very specific vehicle, in a very specific trim, with very specific miles. I called the dealership and had the opportunity to work with their internet inventory specialist, Marcia. I lived a little over 3 hours from the dealership, and didn't want to drive that far for no reason. We were able to negotiate over the phone via text on the price of the used vehicle I was interested in and the value of my trade in. I had some schedule changes, but was eventually able to get to the dealership today. Marcia had the vehicle detailed, fueled up, and ready for me to test drive upon arrival. Vehicle was everything they described over the phone and via the pictures I saw on the website. Marcia and the gentleman (I believe Jeff) in finance took excellent care of me from my arrival to my departure. No hidden fees, everything in the contract was exactly how they described it to me via text/over the phone before I arrived. I visited 4 other dealerships throughout the last 2 weeks before arriving and doing business with Marcia at Rio Chevrolet. The previous 4 dealerships was everything wrong with the car buying experience (pushy, trying to ignore the real numbers, vehicle misrepresented in pictures). Rio Vista Chevrolet had the vehicle at the price point I wanted with excellent customer service. As someone who is in sales myself (I'm a Realtor), I know another professional when I meet one. The same care and quality that I bring to my clients is the same way that I was treated by Marcia. Thankful for such a pleasant shopping experience. When my kids get older, I'll be back in for a brand new Traverse or Suburban. Thank you Marcia and team at Rio Vista Chevrolet.
