Easy going, no pressure sales experience I drove over 70 miles to Rio Vista Chevrolet to look for a new car and I would do it again next time. My salesperson (Marcia) responded promptly to m I drove over 70 miles to Rio Vista Chevrolet to look for a new car and I would do it again next time. My salesperson (Marcia) responded promptly to my initial email inquiry about the Chevy Bolt and after a few emails and phone calls, I made the trek to the dealership to check it out. We took a test drive and Marcia was able to explain the many unique features of the car. This is a different experience from a test drive at another dealership where the salesperson did not know or gave out wrong information. The dealership was able to locate a car with the color and features that I wanted and we agreed on a price. The car was in transit so I had to wait a few extra days for delivery. Speaking of delivery, the dealer delivered the car to my house instead of me driving back 70 miles to pick it up. How cool is that? Marcia kept me updated of the delivery status and ALWAYS responded to my calls and texts. It is very reassuring to have that kind of follow-up and support More

Marcia was the best!!! We purchased our Tahoe on line so we were a little worried how the whole process would go. Marcia made it so easy. Every question we had was answered in detail within minutes. When it came time to negotiate the deal it literally came together in less than an hour and was all done on our phones with texting and one or two calls. We live about 400 miles from Rio Vista Dealership and had two cars to trade in and figure out where and how we would make that work. Marcia was able to arrange for the car to be delivered to our house and pick up the two trade in cars. This was the most wonderful car buying experience we have ever had.
