We sent information regarding our trade and current lease working with Marcia, which is always an easy and sweet correspondence. Then we came in to look at the vehicles we were interested in and some that Marcia and Anthony recommended. We ended up with a Chevy Traverse and after a week, we are so happy with the decision. Excellent Car-Buying Experience! We were looking for a CPO Volt and had only been looking at local (Bay Area) dealerships for a while before expanding our search radius (on gmcertifie We were looking for a CPO Volt and had only been looking at local (Bay Area) dealerships for a while before expanding our search radius (on gmcertified.com) to other areas of California. Rio Vista had a great selection of CPO Volts, and Marcia was an excellent contact at the dealership. While they offer free delivery in CA, we decided to take a road trip to Buellton to take a closer look at a Volt we had selected before buying it. Marcia communicated with us the entire time, from our first inquiry to our in-person visit. We were offered to not only take the car for a short test drive into Solvang with Marcia, but also to take the car out on our own to see how we felt in it (and about it). We really felt good about the Volt (it's a well-maintained, locally driven vehicle in great shape) and decided to buy it. The entire experience couldn't have been more pleasant!
