THAN WENT ON TO FIANCE AND DEALT WIRH MARCOS AND HE WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH TOOK THE TIME AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING SO THERE WAS NO HIDDEN COST THE ONY THING PAYMENT WENT UP A LITTLE BUT THAT WAS FOR THE GAP INSURANCE WHICH HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW IT WORKS. WOULD MORE THAN LIKELY BE BACK TO BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP WHEN MY WIFES CAR IS PAID OFF IN ANOTHER YEAR. This was my first car buying experience. After driving my last car for 175,000 miles, I was reluctant to let it go. Since I have never bought a new car I didn't know what to expect, all you hear from people last car for 175,000 miles, I was reluctant to let it go. Since I have never bought a new car I didn't know what to expect, all you hear from people is horror stories about buying a car. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and customer service from this dealership. I traded in my old car and bought a Dodge Journey. They made me feel like family, found what I was looking for, and treated me with respect. I would refer all my friends and family to this dealership. As well as use them again in the future. They took the time to show me all the ins and outs of how every aspect of my new car worked. This is old- fashioned, person to person, customer service.
