Marcus is easily one of the best representatives I’ve had the pleasure of working with. With over 20 years of experience, it’s clear why the process was so smooth—there was little to no back-and-forth needed the pleasure of working with. With over 20 years of experience, it’s clear why the process was so smooth—there was little to no back-and-forth needed with management. He presented a straightforward proposal and offered a fair value for my trade right from the start. When I asked for a bit more, he respectfully held firm but backed it up with real data, including reports and book values, which I appreciated. In the end, it was a strong deal on their vehicle and a fair one on mine. I’d gladly do business with Marcus again. More
