Mr. Gardner (salesman) was great. He definitely knows how to sell a car and made the whole process smoother than I’ve seen in a long time. Ms. Rivera (trade in/vehicle sales) was very fast with assessing my to sell a car and made the whole process smoother than I’ve seen in a long time. Ms. Rivera (trade in/vehicle sales) was very fast with assessing my trade in’s value, just not very personable. This dealership overall was awesome. Everyone was nice and helpful and the best part is they’re not part of Step One. More

I would like to commend the outstanding service I received today towards the sale of my truck. The staff were most helpful. Marelys was exceptional in every way, far beyond what I first imagined. Honestly, I was welcomed by a seemingly family staff, each welcoming those in attendance. The manager also participated also in this experience. My reservation of car dealerships has been tossed aside and I highly recommend all to take time to visit first for the welcome you wii receive and maybe purchase a vehicle or two. More
