I called Saturday morning around 10am to ask about inventory on a Sierra 2500HD. I spoke with Maria and she informed me of the options fitting my criteria and we chose a truck to look at. She informed me that Cole Stoner would be helping me when I arrived with my trade-in. Cole saw me come in the lot and assisted me immediately. They had my new truck pulled up and ready for a test drive. Once I got back, it was straight forward and easy throughout the entire process. Jen in finance was great and direct as well.
