Was told my oil change would take 30-45 min. Arrived before 8. At 8:40, car hadn't been taken in. Had to get a ride. Was told I had free oil changes. Told Maria that's what I thought I had. I went in for an oil change and the service dept found problem that seems to have been caused by a the last oil change I had done at drive and shine. The tech was very thorough and I ended up needing a sm problem that seems to have been caused by a the last oil change I had done at drive and shine. The tech was very thorough and I ended up needing a small equipment replacement as a result. This could have ended up an expensive repair. I will only take my vehicle to Michiana CJE from now on for my oil changes. Thanks guys! More
