When I called in March about recall they told me I'd have to wait until November because they're only allowed 2 recalls per week. I called Ram headquarters and asked them why. They told me that's not true un to wait until November because they're only allowed 2 recalls per week. I called Ram headquarters and asked them why. They told me that's not true unless it has to do with that dealership. They looked my name up and said I wasn't on the list. In 3 hours they the dealership called me and set up an appointment. I called to check in the morning and the AI bot said I needed an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. So I made and appointment for 3pm but when I got there there really wasn't an appointment an needed an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation.
