Maria was great. I had a odd situation with the warranty but we worked through it. It took two days to get a rental/loaner car. Straight from the start, communication was terrible. I went over seven days calling once if not twice a day leaving voicemails trying to get an update on my car and then I randomly received a text messa I went over seven days calling once if not twice a day leaving voicemails trying to get an update on my car and then I randomly received a text message claiming that they had another phone number on file that wasn’t working. This is the only phone number I’ve had for 15 years and I have been the sole owner of this car since 2018. My car was kept there for two months and I receive it back and it did not sound right so I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion immediately the mechanic was able to diagnose the issue and I took it back to Mishianna to have it fixed properly. I told them what the other mechanic diagnosed along with providing the owner’s phone number. I had to keep reaching out to get updates and then was advised that “the part “did not work. I have to then follow up with what part was put on my car come to find out. It was an O2 sensor and it did not work so then I have to wait another month for the proper fix that was a diagnosed by the third-party mechanic to be done. I asked for a loaner car since we’re going on over three months of me, not having my car and I was denied this request and told to reach out to my Warranty, but when I asked for the information to reach out to my Warranty that could not be provided to me. I get my car back and suddenly my battery is completely dead. That was never an issue before but I also never let it sit for three months. I put a new battery in and up pops a check engine light again for an O2 sensor at this point, I’m completely fed up with dealing with this service department so I took it to another mechanic and was trying to avoid the drive to Fort Wayne where I originally bought my jeep to get a second car since I was already in the market for another car, but with a customer service that I have received, there was no way I was going to be buying a car from the mishiana dealership and decided it was worth a drive to go back to Fort Wayne More
