I have a Tahoe, I went for an oil change and Maria Reyes was my advisor and the experience was great! The wait time was minimal. I recommend that you ask for her! I have a chevy blazer i went in for an oil change, maria reyes was my service advisor and she was so amazing everything was quick and fast and she was so helpful and friendly! I took in my Chevy, Malibu for a service appointment and my advisor was Maria Reyes, she was very attentive, she knew what she was doing and gave me the most upmost customer service ever! One thing I really my advisor was Maria Reyes, she was very attentive, she knew what she was doing and gave me the most upmost customer service ever! One thing I really liked was the waiting time!! I was out of there in less than 2hours where in most places it takes 4 hours or more!! Highly recommend this place and this advisor!! More

Going to the dealership is a headache for the most part but the times I’ve gone to Tropical Chevrolet, it has been the complete opposite. My service advisor, Ms. Maria Reyes, is the reason for that.
