Maria takes the definition of Customer Service to a whole new level!! Very kind, super helpful and attentive. She was able to coordinate with financial management in a very timely manner. Even though I wasn't able to take the car with me that same day due to my time window of 45 minutes, her hard work and dedication was shown the next day when I arrived at the dealership and she had everything ready for me, and in barely over an hour I was able to drive away in my brand new car!!! What slightly bothers me is that once the price and finances have been agreed on, they have you fill out paperwork... then fill out a review of the process. Of course, at this point, everyone is all smiles. You have a new car and the salesperson has a sale. Only after submitting the review was I introduced to the finance guy, who used typical high-pressure sales tactics to try to add warranty packagess to the financed balance ranging from $2,700 to $5,000. So, after 30 minutes of annoyingly declining again and again... I was done. Eh, whatever. More

After having spent over 2 hours at a Toyota dealership, we were tired, but fairly resigned to purchase. I convinced my husband "just to look at a Honda" to make sure we were making the right choice. Maria greeted us, patiently explaining the benefits of the Honda, showing us all the features we had never had on our older car. Never once were we pressured "to make a decision today" or made to feel that we were wasting her time. She and Jamal worked with us to get the options we wanted, at a payment with which we were comfortable. After the sale, when we picked up the vehicle, Maria patiently walked us through all the options, familiarizing us with new technology. Basically, we felt the sales crew were trying to help us make a difficult decision, not trying to "sell" us. More
