Most recently, I scheduled an appointment 10 days in advance specifically to secure a loaner vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told none were available. Kevin failed to communicate this shortage beforehand or offer to reschedule, leaving me stranded in the lounge for four hours. I have only owned my Audi for two months, and this level of service falls far short of the luxury experience I expected. More
Upon arrival, a customer service rep approaches my car to get my info and appointment details. Then I'm guided to my assigned service writer who goes over the required maintenance of my car. I usually choose to stay in their clean, beautiful lobby. They provide hot / cold drinks and snacks while you wait. But they offered to Uber me home and then pick me up when the job is done. I'm kept in the loop of what's happening to my car and any last-minute discoveries that need to be handled so I can make a decision to confirm for them to proceed. The mechanic even sends a video of the things he's done and found on my car. At the end of my appointment, the service writer approaches me and gives me the breakdown of costs. I am then led to the cashier to pay and then given my key. I will find that my car is washed and cleaned waiting for me. More
