I am a loyal Audi customer on my second Audi purchase, and my experience with Audi San Jose Service and Parts has been deeply disappointing. I paid $557.29 to have the sun visor on my 2022 Audi e-tron reattached. Within a year, the visor detached again while I was driving at freeway speed — this time simply from gently trying to open it. It completely blocked my field of vision, forcing me to hold it up with one hand while steering with the other, with direct sun glare in my eyes. This was a serious safety incident, not a minor inconvenience. What makes this especially inexcusable: my car has under 8,000 miles on it. I barely drive it. There is no argument to be made about excessive use or wear and tear. This was a repair that failed under the lightest possible conditions. When I returned, I was quoted $606.59 to fix the exact same problem. I contacted Audi Customer Care to escalate, and they declined to help — citing a $175 discount the dealership offered as sufficient resolution. It is not. I have since filed a formal complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. I am sharing this because other customers deserve to know: if you pay for a repair here, there is no guarantee the work will hold — and if it fails, neither the dealership nor Audi corporate will take responsibility. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Kevin Pharm. This is my second consecutive poor experience with him. A simple repair previously dragged on for three weeks and required five separate visits just to clarify the issue. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment 10 days in advance specifically to secure a loaner vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told none were available. Kevin failed to communicate this shortage beforehand or offer to reschedule, leaving me stranded in the lounge for four hours. I have only owned my Audi for two months, and this level of service falls far short of the luxury experience I expected. More
