Be warned I'm not sure what these other reviews are talking about or how they could possibly be speaking about the same Mario I worked with but this was by far I'm not sure what these other reviews are talking about or how they could possibly be speaking about the same Mario I worked with but this was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any car dealership. My family and I have owned Honda cars for the past 10 years and Mario made me want to never step foot in another Honda dealership ever again, especially not Hillside Honda. As anyone does when leaving a new car, I asked for Mario to review the contract with me prior to signing and go over the fine print since this is where buyers often miss details that end up costing them later. For some bizarre reason Mario got very angered, rudely stormed away from his desk and began stating very loudly "I cant do this". Mario even told his colleague that my father and I were "loco" for some reason assuming I would not know what that meant. When I asked if he was going to come back to review the contract with me her said "nope", grabbed the contract off his desk and stormed into another mans office and told him to review the contract with me. This other man who apparently helps get the financing from the banks for the cars, apologized on his behalf but it was not enough. In hindsight I should have left and never given this branch my business. I was too taken aback to be able to rationalize that as I have never been treated so rudely ever before. I will never visit this dealership ever again, I have warned all my friends and family of the same. If you are reading this just beware that they are "nice" until it's time to pay up, then they try to rush you through the buying process. There are plenty of other honda dealerships in the area that are more deserving of your business. More
