I don't usually like writing reviews but after the excellent experience I had a Hillside Honda I felt the need to let the others know especially since buying a car can be so nerve racking. I called into the dealership as many of us do to find out what kind of deals and promotions were currently being offered and spoke to Samira. After a few questions we both came to the conclution that it was best I make a trip in so that I can get the most accurate information. When Ientered the dealership Samira came to greet me. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She then intruduced me to my sales person Mario. He anwsered all of my questions and was very friendly. I love my new Honda Accord and want to thank all the staff at Hillside Honda that made it possible. I will be recommending all my friends and family! More

The customer service experience was better than expected. Mario was very responsive and patient. He understood our needs and worked well on getting us the best price. He too worked to get us the best rate on our loan. I had walked in with a pre-approval from MCU and was surprised to learn Honda finance had a better deal to offer. It was a very, very pleasant surprise. Our overall experience was very satisfactory. The only recommendation I have pertains to the facilities. Specifically, I had my newborn child with me and no changing table was available in the ladies room. For a car center that sells mini-van's, I found this a bit unfriendly. More

I was satisfied with the service and pricing given to me so I decided to lease the car. There was no much hassle. They even accede to my request not to spend too much time with the FInance Manager as I do n so I decided to lease the car. There was no much hassle.
