This guys are rude and khaki. It’s like even if you are a serious buyer , they will still loose you over stupidity. Only because Honda I bought the car . They love to lie over few dollars . I continue to come to Hillside Honda because the manager Mohammed is very accommodating during the whole process and I appreciate that. I went through a paycut during the pandemic and am trying to save wher Mohammed is very accommodating during the whole process and I appreciate that. Overall, my experience at the dealership was pleasant and positive. However, I had to wait a couple of hours to meet with the store manager to confirm my vehicle lease. I am so disappointed because after 10 years of being a faithful Honda customer I have been screwed. I not only have to pay 2 extra months of the contract which means 2 of a car I no longer have and 2 of m faithful Honda customer I have been screwed. I not only have to pay 2 extra months of the contract which means 2 of a car I no longer have and 2 of my new lease but received a bill for having to clean/stain on the seats, never had I received a bill extra for leasing my car. I will definitely not be going back. More
