Friends in an uncertain time I went into Bakersfield Mazda because my Mercury Mountaineer was falling apart, and rely on it for all the driving I do for my job. The team at Bakersfield Mazda reached out to me because I filled out an application online. I figured I’d return the call because at this point I could use all the help I could get. I spoke with Adam and he gathered some info on the type of vehicle I wanted so he could search their expansive inventory and get back to me. About an hour later Adam calls me and tells me he found the truck I was looking for and it was in my price range. I was really nervous about going in because not only did I really need a car for my job, but my credit is poor and it’s something I’m still working on improving, so bad time to have to finance a vehicle. I go in and the truck he found me checked all the boxes, was fun to drive, I really thought he found me exactly what I needed. So the nerve-racking part the financing. Adam assured me the whole way through that everything would be ok and that he would he would make sure something worked out for me. I felt like Adam really empathized with my situation and worked non stop to find a good match with my lending needs and finding a deal that worked. The entire team at Bakersfield Mazda from Adam, to his sales manager Mario, to the financing guy Tim everyone pulled out all the stops to make sure they got me the right deal that fit my budget, my credit circumstances, and assured me it would all work out. Everything came together great and I did walk out of there with the truck I needed and the deal I needed. I can’t believe how hard everyone worked for me. I really felt like the only customer there. I can’t say enough how thankful I am for Adam, Mario, and Tim for going to bat for me when I really desperately needed help replacing my old vehicle. I highly recommend this team to anyone that is thinking of buying new or used. If there is a way the team at Bakersfield Mazda will find it, and be there for you to guide you through all the steps. Thank you so much guys. I love my new truck, I totally didn’t think it was possible to get such a good deal in my situation, and I’ll definitely be back on the next one. More
