Pretty much straight foward Forrest as well as Mario both knowledgeable of what they are discussing. Both polite and helpful. But just not happy with Honda itself. I’ve put a lot of money into my car over the last few years just for the same thing to keep happening over and over and now it seems like I need a new engine or buy a new car. I’ve been bringing my car there for about two years and each time I’m not happy. I tried emailing bill summer even left a voicemail as well as tried to speak to him in person but for some reason I’ve haven’t made contact with him. More
