He was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Additionally, he was always taking the initiative to call me and give me an update on the status of my service. I am gratefully that I did not have to contact him or wait on a call. Additionally, I worked with a Mr. Richard Snyder with some follow up and routine service work after the warranty work. Again I was treated very well and kept informed. I appreciate a dealership that takes care of its customers, especially after the sale. I also appreciate that each took the time to educate me on the process and the mechanical issues (especially since I am mechanically challenged. We talked on the way like we were old friends catching up, even though it was the first time we had ever met. Upon arrival, I walked into the dealership and on the service desk was my deal, already to sign! I was greeted with a smile and a "Merry Christmas". After picking up an Auto Trader Magazine I realized that I was going to have to buy from a private owner (which you have to take their word about the vehicle) or go to the outsides of town to find a decent automobile. I saw an Accura in my price range I was so excited. Mark told me he would pull the car out and it was waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. I was so excited that I didn't realize it was a car I could not drive. It was a manual or stick. Mark was very patient, friendly, and courtesy. He told me about two other vehicles he had the lot, and or course I drove both of them. Mark and his Manager made it very easy to purchase from Crown Kia. They were very helpful and courtesy. After making the purchase I called back to the dealership twice for information. Both Mark and his Manager gave me all the information I needed, even after the sale. More
