As a sales group, they were all wonderful. Recently had my 1st oil change and the service department could not have been worse. Even though it was a scheduled oil change, they didn't have the oil that they my 1st oil change and the service department could not have been worse. Even though it was a scheduled oil change, they didn't have the oil that they needed and had to leave the dealership and go to the Chevy dealer. They spilled oil all over the engine compartment. Left greasy hand prints on the hood, door handle, and steering wheel. When I walked up to the truck when it was completed there was oil all over the ground underneath my truck. It took 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change and never received a receipt. If I hadn't received the "free" haha oil changes I would not be back. More
