First and foremost, there was no pressure from the salesman, Mark Bell. He came out and introduced himself.asked if he could help me find something. I told him that I was just looking. He let me wa salesman, Mark Bell. He came out and introduced himself.asked if he could help me find something. I told him that I was just looking. He let me walk around on my own and check out their stock. I then got up with him and told him what I was looking for in a new truck. He quickly found exactly what I was looking for! The truck with the color that I wanted was at a lot in Mississippi. The truck that I wanted from Mississippi was on the lot in Marianna the very next day. I came down the following down and seen my new truck sitting there. After checking it out and Mark showing me how everything worked, they helped me swap my toolbox from my old truck to the new truck. Even got the Service Manager's help to get a couple of other things done. Next I went to get my paperwork done. Tyler Simonds helped me with all the paperwork and went over everything so that I could understand the warranty and finance stuff (which is usually confusing). It was a breeze once it was explained to me in terms that I could understand. Between the no pressure sales tactics of MARK BELL and the easy to understand finance/warranty paperwork of TYLER SIMONDS, it was the best new vehicle experience that I've ever had. These are the folks who can get you the vehicles that you want and need! Great job guys & thank you! More

When I finally made the decision to upgrade my vehicle calling Mark was a no brainer! I sent him a text on Sunday afternoon asking him to give me a call Monday and he responded within minutes. I told him calling Mark was a no brainer! I sent him a text on Sunday afternoon asking him to give me a call Monday and he responded within minutes. I told him what we were looking for and he made it happen. No back and forth haggling. He took the time to ask what was importance to us which is huge for me. By Monday afternoon the deal was done and I was driving off in a brand new Tahoe. This is the 7th vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership and there a reason for that. They always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Mark was so knowledgeable of all the features on my new vehicle and took his time making sure I knew all the perks and was comfortable. If you’re in the market for a new ride make it easy on yourself and give Mark a call! More

We drop from Panama City for a service appointment that was much cheaper than our local dealership. The service department was friendly. Mark Bell was great from the start. He introduced himself and wasn't was much cheaper than our local dealership. The service department was friendly. Mark Bell was great from the start. He introduced himself and wasn't push us towards anything. He let us browse the lot and we wanted and let us test drive several vehicles until we found the one that fit our needs. My only complaint with the dealership was the lady who did the gap contracts. She rushed through all the options too fast and was signing us up for stuff before I was done asking questions. If we weren't so far into the process I might have walked away at that point. More
