He kept me updated, and even though he wasn’t able to locate one, I really appreciated how hard he worked on my behalf. What I liked most was that Mark never pressured me or tried to convince me to buy something that I didn’t want. He was friendly, personable, honest, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle instead of just making a sale.
