Car for Grand daughter Mark took over for another salesperson. I had visited the dealership after researching on line with my grand daughter and we had settled on the type Mark took over for another salesperson. I had visited the dealership after researching on line with my grand daughter and we had settled on the type of car she wanted. By the time we saw Mark much of the initial concept was already decided. I knew what my concerns were and Mark completed understood and listened to what my grand daughter wanted. Mark was able to relate to all of our requests and deliver the car that she fell in love with. Mark showed great concern for making us happy with the purchase. Relaxed comfortable experience I bought a STI from Mark just before the end of the year.
