Toni was very particular in going over our truck and made sure that everything was in tip-top shape before we took the vehicle home. He even went as far as to give us a loaner car between the time that we had sold our previous vehicle, up to the time that we picked up our truck. Great people and a great place to buy a quality vehicle. More

That is the very end of anything good I can say for this dealer. I would guess buying new is a better experience than mine was. Otherwise, they would have no business. So, after shopping for weeks for a good used car, several missed deals and such. We found this dealer online. Due to the travel time to the dealer we requested most info via email. We received the vehicle report and everything "looked" good. So, we went to have a look & drive. (from this point we "should" have laughed at them & walked away.) We arrived an looked at the car. (on the lot mind you.) The car had damage to the rear bumper that looked as if the lot staff backed it into the light pole. The car inside was dirty.... The salesman was quite sure the bumper damage would be fixed for the sale. ( and it was ) a week later we decided to move forward on the deal. Upon delivery, the car looked good outside but STILL the exact same dirty inside. We decided to clean the car, properly. In doing so we found the car damaged. ( accident damaged. which they did not inform us of. ) We went back to them and requested the deal be closed because of the mis-information given. They refused outright. ( cause they knew it was a piece of junk car ) They did offer to "fix" the damage they "missed". ( they mostly fixed it. given the quality of that repair I know to never use their body shop. ) Total 2 months of ownership of the car: it has been in the garage once for the body damage. once for transmission issues they claimed they fixed, and yet again the car left us sit & had to be towed. The issue was the transmission problem they "fixed". Bottom line: New, I'm sure there is no problem ( it's backed by FMC.) NEVER, NEVER buy used from here. They buy crap cars cheap from God knows where & pawn them off on good people in need of good cars. Be warned, never give these people your money. Note: About this dealer or any other. If they cram the extended warranty down your throat the car is a lemon & they know it. Lemons are cheaper & taste better than this "deal". More
