He was very willing to help make the transaction as easy as possible, especially considering we have a 15mo old and couldn't sit in a dealership all day. When we arrived he already had the car being detailed and it was up front waiting for us before we were even out of the finance office. In all id say we were there a little over an hour(considering past experiences at other dealers of up to 4hours this was VERY fast and efficient). Finance office was not overly pushy of the extra addons and that is always nice, since I generally have an idea what addon id buy if the price is right well before going into a finance office. Overall great experience and I'm sure we will buy more vehicles from Mark and Lexus of Sarasota in the future! More

5 hours after getting my used car home I discovered a minor issue which I didn’t know is a known problem with the vehicle I purchased.
