We were unsure that we were going to buy it at this point and my daughter wanted a red car. The next day I received a phone call from Mark Carroll and he stated a Ted Ford Focus will be arriving around noon and if we wanted to stop by and see and drive it we could. As you know the rest is history. We have a red Ford Focus sitting in our driveway now. I have worked with this dealership and Mark in the past and have lived the personal time he takes to take care of us. More

After a couple brief emails and a phone call the deal was set. When we got to go pick up the car we were finally able to meet Mark Carroll and Darby which whom I had been dealing with. I can not begin to say how nice these guys were. Just a couple of down to earth, easy to talk with guys who helped up through the process. Both Mark and Darby took the time to explain every little detail about the car and its function. They expressed many times that they would be here for us after the sale as well in case we needed anything. Parkway was not a local dealership to us and was about a 90 minute drive for us. Our day started with looking for a used Ford Fusion, we started looking in Cambridge, Oh. Whiteside had a perfect car in our price range, fell in love of course once we drove it. We had a Jeep Patriot to trade in so we asked the famous question what we would get out of our Jeep. We did not get the answer we wanted. They only offered us $4,500 for a 2014 Jeep Patriot with only 53,000 miles! So that being said and some unfriendly words later we contact Mark Carroll at Parkway. He said they had a Ford Fusion in our range! We test drove that and didn't like it as well as we thought we did! So Mark took us on a walk through the carlot where we found this wonderful fully loaded 2011 Ford Edge! Drove it, loved it! Obviously telling Mark what we needed out of our Jeep and knowing we waned to make a deal THAT day, Mark pulled through got us an amazing deal that we could not refuse! So we highly recommend Parkway for all your future car purchases! More
