We approached Mark Carroll about purchasing a vehicle since we have had prior dealings with him. Out of respect for our time (Mark was very busy) he asked Nick Kersey to work with us. He stayed late to figure what we would owe and present service plans for various items. He did not rush us and gave us time to evaluate the service plans. There not gonna do what u want but what they want but also could do what I asked them too.
