My salesperson was nice, that is the only real positive. The full transaction was far from seamless. I had to return to the dealer, three different times. I was misinformed on the right insurance, I never got the pieces to take off the top or how to do it, and then I had to come in and sign papers again. I still have to come in for a 4th time because the seat had a broken piece, so I can't put it down. I was suppose to get a call back but nothing. More
