The sales rep Tom was great. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The sales manager was also good. The store was filthy. The bathroom was awful and they were seriously understaffed. Also no details were explained to me of my contract prior to finance. No one even asked me about extended warranty options. More

The car was advertised. I made an appt when I arrived it was being serviced.... Upon finishing the sale and driving off I was called back to have service finish ‘something’ which took another 30 minutes. S was being serviced.... Upon finishing the sale and driving off I was called back to have service finish ‘something’ which took another 30 minutes. Since then the ‘service’ light comes on every time I start my car! My car came with one key salesman said he’d get me the number of someone who can get a 2nd key made for me. Never happened More
