Service department is subpar. I called and let them know my transmission was messed up (put in reverse and the car went in drive, RPM stayed between 5 & 6k) and they wanted to wait over a week to get me in. my transmission was messed up (put in reverse and the car went in drive, RPM stayed between 5 & 6k) and they wanted to wait over a week to get me in. The vehicle is a 2020 with less than 24K miles and this is a major safety issue. She put me on hold and suddenly had an appointment the next morning. After waiting a few hours, was informed it needed a whole new transmission, would take over a month to get it in and they couldn't find me a rental or offer me a loaner. Since they were going to have my car, I asked them to fix the squeaking windows that I've had in twice to have fixed and is still an issue. I used their shuttle service to get me home (20 minute drive) and was left on my own to figure out how I was going to get around for the next month + as a single, working mom. Called corporate and they were able to "put a rush" on the transmission and I had it back in 2 weeks, but only one of my windows was "fixed". Not sure why, but the back of my car was trashed when I picked it up like someone rummaged around in it. The back seat floor mat was thrown in the way back (Durango 3rd row). Why would they need to go in the back of my vehicle for the transmission? I didn't work with any sales people so I don't know why this automatically put them on there. More

Buying the car everyone was nice afterwards everyone was rude and didn’t have time too talk they told me i didnt Need stickers for my car , found out that i did and they didn’t want too pay for them. Also my car wasn’t detailed like it was suppose too be , never received my tags and when i called too speak too someone about it no one has any answers , the worse place I’ve ever brought a car from i would not recommend buying a car from this dealership!!!
