This dealership will show you a CarFax report but it would be wise to make sure that the report is for the vehicle YOU are considering; mine was a bait and switch. As soon as it was shown, the sales person threw it away. Finance person will push every aftermarket product under the sun; he'll do it quickly and give you little or no time to consider the product. I specifically asked if the car had been in an accident (The logo was missing from the rear bumper) and was told it was clean. On close inspection while washing the vehicle, I did find paint drips that would indicate it had been painted by someone beside Nissan. Their pricing is aggressive but Caveat Emptor...they are slick and not to be taken at their word. Do your homework before you buy, More

Mark was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the sales process. No high pressure...just explained features of the vehicle to us. Don McCrory, finance manager, used too much jargon. We had to ask to have things clarifieed, as is "3-36". We had no idea what he was talking about and had to ask repeatedly for him to explain it. It referred to 3 years or 36,000 miles on the car, whichever came first. No professional should ever use jargon with a customer...explain what you mean in layman's terms, not insider language. Other than that, we had a good experience and would recommend this dealership in the future. More

Honest, reliable dealership! I have purchased two cars and will return when it is time to buy again. The service department is great. More importantly, my sales representative for both cars, Mark Clampi and will return when it is time to buy again. The service department is great. More importantly, my sales representative for both cars, Mark Clampitt, is honest in discussing the car and its advantages and limitations. He does not try to "sell" you a car. Instead, he helps you find the car that you need for your purposes. I know that if I ask him a question, he will answer with my best interests in mind. Unusual, yes, but there still exist honest dealerships and sales associates. You will find them at Anderson. More
